RECOMMENDED USE:
As a dietary supplement, use 1-3 sprays under the tongue 3 times per day, hold for around 30 seconds and then swallow. Also consider spreading your dose if you have more than 2 sprays a time by having single sprays with equal time periods between. Microdosing seems to have an improved saturation into the body and another consideration is the fact cannabinoids can be used up quickly.
MCT oil is believed to be metabolised more easily by the body than standard coconut oil, due to the removal of the long chain fatty acids and lauric acid. MCT oils are rapidly digested and absorbed, and provide a useful energy source. Enabling more punch from every spray.
