Please note that we post orders 2-3 times a week, and while choosing Express postage will speed up the delivery process, it won’t affect the time it takes to process your order. We also reserve two days per week to visit our closest clients, who require more personalized attention than we can provide on the website.

Once we receive your payment, you’ll receive email notifications to keep you updated on the status of your order. When it’s being processed, and once it’s completed and ready for postage. Please allow a small delay while your order is packed by our trusted UK distributors.

ORDER UPDATE — BACKLOG BEING CLEARED

We’re working flat-out today, through tonight, and again tomorrow to clear every outstanding Mediweed order.

I’m doing a night shift tonight so we can get the remaining backlog packed and sent, and we’re expecting to have every outstanding order dispatched by 4pm tomorrow.

If you’re waiting on an order, please don’t worry — it hasn’t been forgotten. We’re working through them one by one and getting everything back up to date as quickly as possible.
