We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking extra precautions when making our products. The health and safety of our staff and customers are at the heart of everything we do. We have strict cleaning procedures, frequent hand washing and sanitising including wearing laboratory gowns, masks & gloves as standard. We are using high alcohol based cleansers and are cleaning down more often to ensure safety and quality remains.
We have had a huge increase in orders but we are coping very well. We are hand making, packing, processing and posting out as fast as we possibly can. We are a very small team of 4 and are working up to 16 hours a day including weekends to keep up with demand. We understand how important our products are to our customers and only list stock we can deliver. We never list stock that we do not have or are waiting for.
We are aware customers are ordering extra in the current uncertain situation and would like to offer a 10% discount to all customers that could use a little extra help. Our normal 10% bank transfer discount will still apply making a possible 20% discount on our complete range of stock. Please use voucher code HELP@420 if required.
